This film was a really fun edit to put together - it involved some time consuming transferring and enlarging of some old miniDV video footage from trips to Baja - some of which were pushing 20+ years old. Then that was combined with live performance footage of the song from a recent January 2026 concert at Sheridan College. I really enjoy making music videos like this that combine an actual performance of the song that manages to sync up to the album track, all while giving it some depth and background by showing the places in Baja that we're singing about.
The video was exclusively premiered by AmericanaUK. The track was the first single for the Wyoming-based band's fifth studio album, Seasons Unknown, which was released earlier in the year on June 5, 2026.
